How to Value a
Start-up

In theory, start-up valuation is similar to the valuation of any company. In practice, however, start-up valuation is extremely difficult. Start-ups, much smaller in stature and track record, are inherently more volatile, data-poor, and unpredictable relative to your typical publicly traded company.
