Title: Office Manager/Assistant Position
Location: Tel Aviv, Israel 

If you are a well-organized and passionate Office Manager/Assistant with a “no task is too big or too small” attitude, come join us at iAngels and ensure administrative office tasks are always completed smoothly.  The position will include providing administrative support to key members of the iAngels team including but not limited to managing their calendars, travel arrangements and meeting coordination, ordering office supplies, and assisting with the planning of events and webinars.

This role will report directly to the iAngels Chief of Staff.

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of experience working in a similar fast-paced, high stress environment
  • Native spoken and written English; excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented with exceptional organization and task management skills
  • Adheres to protocols and procedures
  • Handles ambiguity and changing priorities cheerfully and without losing focus
  • Tech and computer savvy; Proficiency in PC, Mac and Microsoft Office
  • Works well in a team environment
